When I began advocating for and educating about autism children and parents who didn’t fit the autism stereotype were just starting to receive diagnoses, and parenting anxious and/or autistic children was only just emerging from behavioural practice and into what we now call neuro affirming practice. 

I created Brains = Behaviours in 2016 as a response to the lack of appropriate autistic supports offered by the allied health industry.

It received an AMP Tomorrow Makers grant and I was able to tour B=B around regional Aus and then convert it into an online program and since 2017 thousands of you from all over the globe have been part of the B=B experience and remain part of the B=B community. 

Then came The Meltdown Series (which is my all time fave resource), The Autistic Culture webinars (my most viewed webinars) and the ripple effect of all of this has been culture changing. Because of all of this I am the 2024 Telstra Best of Business Award winner for Lutruwita (Tasmania, Aus)!!!
