At Oh My Musical Goodness we believe in providing you with high quality, hand made instruments. This means that some of our products may contain slight variations between products or the product photo. This is not a fault of the product or a misrepresentation on OMMG, but rather confirmation of it’s authenticity.

If you believe your instrument is faulty please consult our Returns policy for instructions on what to do next.

Oh My Musical Goodness does not refund items but will replace items deemed faulty, these will be covered by a ONE YEAR warranty from the date of your purchase.

Our UFO Drums, singing bowls and wind chimes are tuned multiple times during the manufacturing process to ensure that every pitch is that which is intended, and are handled with great care before shipping to you. Your UFO Drum may experiences temporary tuning issues which is usually a direct result of temperature or dampness. Please ensure your drum is kept dry and not exposed to overtly hot or cold conditions to ensure it remains consistently in tune, as this does not constitute a faulty instrument.

Your Koshi and Theta chimes veneer may change over time if they are hung in the outdoors, including developing mold, fading and looking aged. This will not impact the tuning or sound of your chime and is not considered a fault of your instrument.
